英文简介As a sensitive region to global climate change and ecologically fragile region,Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau owns a large soil carbon pool, which plays an important role in global environmental changes. Land surface process in cold region had changed a lot with the climate changeand the water-heat coupling of soil changed accordingly. This process will cause the reduction of soil organic matter input and damage of the protection layer, which gives rise to the increase of the soil organic matters decomposition rate and the positive feedback to the climate change. The evaluation of the sink and source effect of CO2 and the systematic analysis of its changing pattern and impact factors are important to the comprehensive understanding of the carbon cycle and mechanism of permafrost of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.Regarding water-heat conditions of various permafrost types, this study plans to study the seasonal and diurnal changing pattern of soil CO2 flux and its relationship with environmental factors (e.g. hydrological and thermal state, active layer thickness, thawing depth) under the background of alpine meadow of Beiluhe basin over Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. By the eddy covariance method and chamber measurements, the regional evaluation system of CO2 flux and its data quality will be established, so that the state and quantity of CO2sink and source can be determined. The study will offer theoretic base for the evaluation of the effective contribution and feedback of high-altitude permafrost to the global carbon cycle under the background of future climate change.
