英文简介Alpine Kobresia humilis meadow is one of the main vegetation types in Alpine grasslands. Its ecosystem and natural environment are inherently fragile and instable. The primarily effect of human activities on alpine meadow is grazing, and degradation is the main community succesion process. Over the past three decades, pasture managers have accepted different management styles on alpine meadow, leading to distinct degree degradation stages. But there are lacking in quantitative indicators in diagnosing the healthy condition and the chemical adjustment patterns in responding to interference in the alpine meadow succession process. So this item designed series experiments will use the method of plant community quantitative characteristic survey - plant community chemical property - control experiment to research the reactions of alpine meadow ecosystem to the human interference. All data in the experiment will be divided into two groups, one is the input in radial basis function (RBF) model, including C, N and P stoichiometry in plant-soil system, the other one is the output, including plant community quantitative characteristic. Besides that we will use the information capacity method in the plant-soil system to determine the key nodes in alpine meadow degradation process. Our aims are to clarify the couple relationship in soil-plant ecological stoichiometry characteristics and to estimate the healthy conditions in alpine meadow. It will be more useful in exploring alpine meadow stability maintenance mechanism, and selecting the appropriate management measures to keep the meadow in sustainable development status in Qing-Tibet plateau.
