英文简介The depth of zero annual amplitude (Dazz) is not only an important indicator to determine the distribution of permafrost, but also a key factor which influences the accuracy of modeling for climatic and hydrological process. In comparison with high-latitude permafrost regions, the distribution and variation characteristics of Dazz are more complicated in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (QTP).Climate-permafrost observation, soil and vegetation survey and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) monitoring will be carried out in several typical study areas on the QTP, based on this research program. A series of data sets including Dazz and relevant environmental factors will be established. By comparing the features of Dazz among different study areas, the impacts of environmental factors on Dazz will be quantitatively analyzed combined with multiple statistical methods, and it is one of the uppermost research purposes for the program to clarify their physical mechanism. Further more, a regression analysis will be carried out to establish the relational model between Dazz and environmental factors, which will be coupled to the soil thermal diffusion model. The simulation results will be verified by comparing with the measured data, and a reasonable parameterization scheme will be determined for Dazz in permafrost regions on the QTP. The research results will provide an important reference for environmental or engineering survey, and have a great significance for modeling accuracy improvement of temperature and increase of maximum modeling depth.
