英文简介Salinity is one of the abiotic stresses that affecting plant growth and development. Currently the salinization of the 20% agriculture land of the world is increasing and by 2050, 50% of the land will become salinization..Therefore, cultivation of high quality and high salt-tolerant trees is of great socio-economic significance. Willow, having great varieties, is an important nectar trees and energy trees. In our country, willow is an important trees for afforesting deforested lands、saline land and an important component of timber production forest. Because of the short cycling、fast growth、blossom and fruit within one year, willow is thought to be a good genetic research material. To better understand the molecular mechanism and regulation pathway of salt-tolerant genes of shrub willow, we will analyze the salt induced gene expression profiles by using high throughput sequencing technology and screen the differential gene expression. Then the expression pattern of the differential gene expression will be verified. After the good candidate salt-tolerant genes are obtained, the function will be identified. This research will provide good molecular basis for cultivating new salt-tolerant willow species.
