| 英文简介 | Human develop river and benefit from it, However, a lot of ecological and environmental issues are also causing such as river drying up, water pollution, shrinkage of wetlands, loss of biodiversity. Currently, the recognized and operational view about river protection mainly concentrated in learning to survive in a changing world, and finding the balance point of water requirement between human and river system. Around this point, combining traditional natural - social - economic characteristics of complex systems, using Yarkand river system as the research object, the health work inland rivers in arid areas as the values，the concept of river health and science content will be defined from a new perspective , the key factors affecting the health of rivers, the river health evaluation index system and evaluation criteria will be identified, and the river health assessment model will be established to reveal the dynamic evolution of river health status and trends. On this basis, healthy rivers flow will be established arousing the development goals of river health, considered separately different hydrology, engineering and regulatory scenarios balanced ecological regulation research, he multidimensional equilibrium ecological regulation model based on river health will be established trying to form a river health technology assessment methodology and theory of regulation for arid zone river systems. |
