英文简介In recent years, strawberry cultivation area is expanded rapidly in our country. Especially greenhouse strawberry develops rapidly and accounts for more than 80% of total area, playing an important role in the off-season supply of fresh fruit in winter and spring seasons. The shallow-rooted strawberry simultaneously with floral bud differentiation, flowering, and fruiting is sensitive to soil water deficit. The saving irrigation mode and its regulatory mechanisms for the combination of strawberry fruit quality and yield are still unclear. Therefore, on the basis of the preliminary results gained from potted strawberries, experiment with northern greenhouse strawberry under real-time monitoring micro-climate conditions, the effects of different soil moisture with 85% , 75% , and 65% on strawberry fruit yield , quality and moisture dissipation were detected by taking continuous/intermittent- and partial root/full-precisely-dripped irrigation under film, first establishing the control water mode for the combination of strawberry fruit yield and quality as well as the relationship with moisture dissipation; second, analyzing the effects of abscisic acid (ABA) on strawberry photosynthetic rate and the molecular mechanisms for fruit photoassimilate transport and metabolism by controlling-water-regulated ABA; finally uncovering the mechanism of efficient water use for the optimization of strawberry fruit quality and yield, providing the basis of strawberry cultivation by saving water irrigation.
