英文简介Rhizosphere biofilm covering the root surface is an important way of its interaction with plant roots; the coverage of bacterial biofilm on the root surface is a complex process that multi-extracellular matrix components of bacteria and cell surface components of plant co-participate in. This project is intended to focus on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as the research object. It will be revealed the importance of bacterial adhesion protein to the formation of biofilm through the expression of bacterial collagen-like protein gene and microstructure changes in different growth stages of the plant roots; It intends to clarify the role of the collagen-like protein-coding genes by transcription initiation sites, acting elements, regulatory factors and signaling pathways, and to find the existence of the bacteria - Plant signaling pathway in the rhizosphere microenvironment, and then to clarify the mechanism from the molecular level; It will be probed the importance of the bacterial adhesion proteins in extracellular matrix components for microorganisms - plants contemplated, by the study the ecological functions of the collagen-like protein in the whole process of the attachment, colonization and mature biofilm of B. amyloliquefaciens in rhizosphere microenvironment ; This project will split resolution and microscopic study the entire ecological processes of interaction between rhizosphere microorganisms and plant roots, and will provide a theoretical basis for some important applications using bacteria such as biological control, promoting plant growth and improving plant stress-resistance.
