英文简介Tarim Wapiti is the focus of the economic characteristics of farmed animals in Xinjiang, is by far the largest scale breeding domesticated a wild animal,and is also the only subspecies of Wapiti habitat in the desert environment . Tarim Wapiti has strong digestion and adaptability to poor quality, high desert plant crude fiber content (such as reed, Tamarix chinensis, camel thorn etc.), which may be related to the microbial flora structure and enzymatic characteristics of ruminal fiber degradation. The project intends to produce the rumen fistula model of the Tarim Wapiti, and then through PCR amplification, high-throughput 454 sequencing technology to analyze rumen microbial diversity and strengths flora (bacteria, archaea, fungi). In the clear advantages of Tarim Wapiti rumen bacteria, to studies effects on rumen microbial flora advantage by RT-PCR technology based on changes in the amount of added dietary forage desert, simultaneous detection of rumen environmental indicators ,and fiber degradation activity and feed digestibility, looking sensitive to changes or stable microbial community on diet composition , and then combined feed and ruminant regular pattern to study and reveal Tarim Wapiti rumen microbial adaptation mechanisms of desert forage. The study can be composed and efficient use of forages provide important theoretical basis, but also provide a basis to explore the theory of rumen microbial genetic resources in Tarim red deer rumen micro-ecosystem.
