英文简介 | Reaumuria soongorica is a common drought-tolerant shrub typical species in the arid desert region, distributing in desert areas where the rainfall is less than 300mm, which is the main specie with a high ecological value, distributed in the arid desert region in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, and Gansu provinces. However, its function in the ecological construction is far from being played due to lack of knowledge in previous. Reaumuria soongorica is the preferred specie in desert vegetation restoration and ecological reconstruction with the accelerating national ecological pace. 3-4 year seedlings in 28 different populations of Reaumuria soongorica distribution areas will study in two trials site. This study will investigate response mechanism to drought stress in different populations of Reaumuria soongorica from seedling physiology and biochemistry and morphology, and will study genetic diversity of different populations using highly polymorphic, well-repeat and convenient SSR molecular marker technique, in order to provide the theoretical basis and data of Reaumuria Soongorica germplasm for future protection, development and utilization. |
