英文摘要This paper deal about the comparison of power production of different technologies under desert solar irradiation and temperature effect. Also, an investigation and analysis of the monocrystalline, polycrystalline and thin film connected to the inverter and located on the eastern edge of the southern Nile Delta and considered a hot desert as the rest of Egypt. Therefore, the study is carrying out of three different months from the year 2015, in which solar radiation and ambient temperature were measured. Besides, we analyses the influence of the ambient temperature, module temperature and solar irradiation associated to Nile Delta. It became out that the difference of voltage of inverter and power output of PVP of polycrystalline module is larger for April, August and December compared to monocrystalline and Thin Film modules.
