中文摘要 | 【目的】探讨不同环境因子对雪岭云杉林土壤和叶片氮(N)、磷(P)化学计量特征的影响,为干旱区和半干旱地区植被与土壤化学计量特征关系研究提供参考。【方法】以位于干旱区的天山北坡的雪岭云杉林为研究对象,于2016-2017年7-8月,在7个采样区采集不同土层(0~30,30~50,50~80 cm)土壤和叶片样品,测定其N、P含量及N∶P,同时测定各样地的海拔、年均气温(MAT)和年均降水量(MAP),计算RN(N叶片/N土壤)和RP(P叶片/P土壤),研究叶片N和P含量对土壤N和P含量的响应,利用线性回归,分析环境变量(海拔、MAT和MAP)对土壤、叶片N、P含量和N∶P以及RN、RP的影响。【结果】(1)随土层深度的增加,土壤N、P含量及N∶P均降低。土壤P含量与海拔、MAT以及MAP的关系不明显;土壤N含量随海拔和MAP的增加而增大,随MAT的升高而降低,土壤N∶P随海拔的增加而增大,随MAT的升高而降低,与MAP之间无明显相关性。(2)叶片N含量随海拔的上升而降低,随MAT的升高而增大,与MAP相关性不明显;叶片N∶P随MAP的增加而增大,与海拔、MAT相关性不明显;叶片P含量与海拔、MAT以及MAP的关系不明显。(3)在0~80 cm土层,土壤N含量与叶片N含量、土壤P含量与叶片P含量、土壤N∶P与叶片N∶P均呈正相关关系,但相关性均未达显著水平。(4)RN与海拔呈负相关,与MAT呈正相关,与MAP相关性不明显;RP与海拔、MAT、MAP均无明显相关性。【结论】雪岭云杉林土壤N∶P相对较低,N是主要限制元素;海拔、MAT、MAP对雪岭云杉林叶片和土壤N含量及N∶P有影响,对土壤和叶片P含量无影响。 |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】The effects of different environmental factors on stoichiometric characteristics of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in soil and leaves of Picea schrenk forest were studied to provide basis for understanding the relationship between vegetation and soil stoichiometric characteristics in arid and semi-arid areas.【Method】The Picea schrenk's spruce forest on the north slope of the Tianshan Mountains in arid area was focused and samples were collected from leaves and soils at different layers(0-30,30-50 and 50-80 cm)from seven sampling areas during July to August,2016-2017.The contents of N and P, N∶P ratio,altitude,annual temperature(MAT)and annual precipitation(MAP)were measured,and the ratios of R_N=N_(foliar)/N_(soil) and R_P=P_(foliar)/P_(soil) were calculated.The response of N and P contents of leaves to soil was studied by linear regression analysis and the effects of environmental variables(altitude,MAT and MAP)on N and P contents,N∶P ratio,R_N and R_P in soil and leaves were obtained.【Result】(1)With the increase of soil depth,the contents of N and P and N∶P ratio decreased.The relationships between soil P content and altitude and between MAT and MAP were not obvious.Soil N content increased with the increase of altitude and MAP,while decreased with the increase of MAT.Soil N∶P ratio increased with the increase of altitude,decreased with the increase of MAT,and had no significant correlation with MAP.(2) Leaf N content decreased with the increase of altitude,increased with the increase of MAT,and had no significant correlation with MAP.The N∶P ratio of leaves increased with the increase of MAP but had no significant correlation with altitude and MAT.Leaf P content had no significant correlation with altitude, MAT and MAP.(3)In the 0-80 cm soil layer,the contents of N and P and N∶P ratio in soil were insignificantly positively correlated with those in leaves.(4)RNwas negatively correlated with altitude and positively correlated with MAT.There was no significant correlation between RNand MAP,and there was no significant correlation between RPand altitude,MAT and MAP.【Conclusion】N∶P ratio in the soil of Picea schrenk forest was relatively low,and N was the main limiting element.Altitude,MAT and MAP had influence on N and P in leaves and soil of Picea schrenk forest,but had no influence on P content. |
