施氮对干旱区黑果枸杞光合-CO_2响应及药效成分的影响

中文摘要为探明干旱区栽培黑果枸杞叶片光合-CO_2响应特征及果实药效成分对施氮量的响应,该试验设置5个不同施氮(尿素)水平处理(0、50、100、150和200g·株~(-1)),测定各处理植株在不同CO_2浓度下叶片净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)、水分利用率(WUE)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)和果实中总多糖、总黄酮、花色苷、原花青素的含量,并通过直角双曲线修正模型拟合得到羧化速率(eta)、最大净光合速率(P_(nmax))、光呼吸速率(R_p)、CO_2补偿点(CCP)和CO_2饱和点(CSP)等参数。结果表明:(1)适量施氮对黑果枸杞叶片eta、P_(nmax)、R_p、CCP和CSP有明显的影响。当施氮量为100g·株~(-1)时,叶片eta和R_p最大、CCP最小;施氮量为100~150g·株~(-1)时,叶片CSP最大;施氮量为150~200g·株~(-1)时,叶片P_(nmax)最大。(2)适量施氮对黑果枸杞果实中主要药效成分含量有明显的影响。施氮量为200g·株~(-1)时,果实总多糖含量最大;施氮量为150~200g·株~(-1)时,总黄酮含量最大;施氮量为50~150 g·株~(-1)时,花色苷含量最大;施氮量为100~200g·株~(-1)时原花青素含量最大。综合分析发现,干旱区栽培黑果枸杞叶片eta、R_p、CCP、CSP及果实多糖和总黄酮含量以每年施氮100~150g·株~(-1)时最佳,其叶片P_(nmax)和果实花色苷和原花青素含量以每年施氮150~200g·株~(-1)时最佳。
英文摘要We explored the response of photosynthetic-CO_2response curve and fruit medicinal components of Lycium ruthenicumcultivated in arid areas to nitrogen(urea,N,46%)application.The experiment had five different N application rates[0(CK),50,N_2:100,150and 200g·strain~(-1)].The net photosynthetic rate(P_n),transpiration rate(T_r),stomatal conductance(G_s),water use efficiency(WUE),intercellular CO_2concentration(C_i)and the contents of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,anthocyanins,proanthocyanidins in the fruit were measured,and the parameters including carboxylation rate(eta),maximum net photosynthesis rate(P_(nmax)),photorespiration rate(R_p),CO_2compensation point(CCP)and CO_2saturation point(CSP)were obtained by fitting a right-angle hyperbolic correction model.The results showed as follows:(1)appropriate N application rate had certain effects oneta,P_(nmax),R_p,CCPand CSPin leaves of L.ruthenicum.When N application rate was 100g·strain~(-1),etaand R_pwere the largest,and CCP was the smallest.When N application rate was 100~150g·strain~(-1),CSP was the largest.When N application rate was 150-200g·strain~(-1),P_(nmax)was the largest.(2)Appropriate N application rate had certain effects on the contents of the main medicinal components in fruits of L.ruthenicum.When N application rate was 200g·strain~(-1),the total polysaccharide content was the largest.The total flavonoid content was the largest when N application rate was 150-200g·strain~(-1).The anthocyanin content was the largest when N application rate was 50-150g·strain~(-1).The proanthocyanidin content was the largest when N application rate was 100-200g·strain~(-1).For comprehensive consideration,the best L.ruthenicum planting conditions in arid areas are the optimum ofeta,R_p,CCP,CSP,contents of polysaccharides and total flavonoids when N application rate at 100-150g·plant~(-1),and the optimum of P_(nmax),contents of anthocyanins and procyanidins when N application rate at 150-200g·plant~(-1)per year.
