晋北农牧交错带农业旱灾脆弱性评价

中文摘要晋北地区是北方农牧交错带的重要组成部分,是半干旱区与半湿润区的过渡带,干旱是影响该区农业生产最主要的气象灾害,正确评价农业旱灾脆弱性是科学应对干旱的基础和前提。选取晋北地区作物因素、环境因素和人为因素的11项指标,运用熵权法和层次分析法相结合的组合赋权法确定各指标的权重,通过综合加权建立农业旱灾脆弱性评估模型,并基于GIS的Iso非监督聚类方法进行分区。结果表明:晋北农牧交错带旱灾脆弱性分布特征是,东北和西南地区较重,中部和东南部地区较轻。重度和中度脆弱区占晋北地区总面积的58.2%,轻度脆弱区占27.0%,晋北农牧交错带农业旱灾脆弱性整体来说较重。在各影响指标中,有效灌溉面积和机井数影响最大,其次是乡村人均收入和降水量,说明气候和人为抗旱能力对农业旱灾脆弱性有很大影响,因此,应适当增加农业投入,提高天然降水的利用率和土壤蓄水保水能力,大力推广农业节水技术,提高农业防旱抗旱能力。
英文摘要Northern Shanxi Province is an important part of the agro-pastoral ecotone of Northern China,and is a transitional zone between the semi-arid and semi-humid zones. Drought is the most important meteorological disaster affecting agricultural production in the region. Correct assessment of agricultural drought vulnerability is the foundation and precondition for responding to drought. Eleven indicators belonging to crop,environmental and human factors in Northern Shanxi Province were used for analysis. The weights of the indicators were determined by using a combined weight method based on the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process( AHP) method. The agricultural drought vulnerability assessment model is established by comprehensive weighting,and Iso unsupervised clustering method was used for partitions based on GIS. The results show that distribution characteristics of vulnerability in the agro-pastoral ecotone in Northern Shanxi is as follows: the northeast and southwest regions are evaluated as the most vulnerable region,while the central and southeastern regions are slightly vulnerable regions. The severe and moderately vulnerable areas accounted for 58.2% of the total area in the Northern Shanxi Province, and the slightly vulnerable areas accounted for 27.0%. The agricultural drought vulnerability in the agro-pastoral ecotone of Northern Shanxi Province is high. Among the impact indicators,the effective irrigation area and the number of wells are important indicators of impact,followed by rural per capita income and precipitation,indicating that the climate and anthropogenic drought resistance have a great impact on agricultural drought vulnerability. Therefore,we should pay attention to improving the utilization rate of natural precipitation and soil water storage capacity, vigorously promoting agricultural water-saving technologies,and enhancing agricultural drought resistance.
