粤北丹霞盆地晚白垩世丹霞组风成砂岩物源特征及古气候意义

中文摘要粤北丹霞盆地为晚白垩世断陷红盆,其中丹霞组锦石岩段具有典型的干旱气候条件下的古沙漠沉积特征,发育大型高角度交错层理,以厚层-巨厚层的紫红色中-细粒长石石英砂岩为主,碎屑颗粒主要为石英、钾长石和斜长石,岩屑次之,可见绢云母,磨圆度较高,分选性较好,胶结物以蒙脱石和方解石为主,石英颗粒表面常见圆麻点状凹坑。通过对该套砂岩中的碎屑锆石进行LA-ICPMS U-Pb同位素定年分析,发现:锆石粒径主要集中在50 ~ 220mum之间,Th/U值= 0.14 ~ 0.99,锆石内部可见清晰的振荡环带,代表了岩浆成因锆石。锆石U-Pb年龄主要集中于6个年龄段,分别是100 ~ 165Ma,212 ~ 270Ma,411 ~ 443Ma,726 ~ 1523Ma,1742 ~ 1991Ma,2482 ~ 3456Ma。这些主要年龄区间可以与我国华南地区已知的燕山期、印支期、晚加里东期、晋宁期和吕梁期的岩浆事件对应。其中,燕山期酸性火山-侵入岩提供了主要物源,源区主要来自南岭东段,丹霞盆地的东北部和西南部地区。风成砂岩交错层理中主要存在两组NEE和SW倾向前积层,与四川盆地、鄂尔多斯盆地以及信江盆地晚白垩世风成砂岩中的前积层倾向一致。说明晚白垩世我国恰好位于当时的北半球西风带和东北信风带之中,当时盛行东北风,西南风为次,同时还可能存在东南向的古季风。
英文摘要The Danxia Basin is a cretaceous red downfaulted basin,in northern Guangdong province.The Jinshiyan section of the Danxia Formation has the characteristics of paleo-desert sedimentation under the typical arid climate conditions,and the large-scale and high-angle cross-stratification is developed.The layer is made up of the red purple medium-fine grained feldspar quartz sandstone,the crumb particles are dominated by quartz,potassium feldspar and plagioclase,and rock fragment,sericite followed,they are high rounded and have good sorting.The cement is mainly composed of montmorillonite and calcite,and the surface of the quartz particles is usually round pitted pits.Through the LA-ICPMS U-Pb isotope dating analysis on the detrital zircon in the sandstone,it is found that the zircon particle size is mainly concentrated between 50 and 220 mum,and the Th/U value is from 0.14 to 0.99.A clear oscillating ring zone is visible inside the zircon,which represents the magma-forming zircon.The zircon U-Pb age is mainly concentrated in 6 age groups,which are 100-165Ma,212-270Ma,411-443Ma,726-1523Ma,1742-1991Ma and 2482-3456Ma.These major age ranges can correspond to the magmatic events in the Yanshanian,Indosinian,Late Caledonian,Jinningian and Luliang periods known in South China.Among them,the Yanshanian acid volcanic-intrusive rock provides the main source,the source area is mainly from the eastern part of Nanling Region,and northeast and southwest of the Danxia Basin.There are mainly two sets of NEE and SW foreset bed in the interbedded layer of aeolian sandstone,which are consistent with the foreset bed tendency of the Late Cretaceous aeolian sandstone in the Sichuan Basin,the Ordos Basin and the Xinjiang Basin.It shows that in the Late Cretaceous,Southern China was located in the westerlies and the northeast trades of Northern Hemisphere.At that time,the southwest wind was prevailing,and the northeast wind was the second.At the same time,there may be a southeast ancient monsoon.
