干旱区梭梭与胡杨冠下肥岛效应

中文摘要【目的】探究干旱区盐生环境梭梭与胡杨冠下土壤养分的肥岛效应,为干旱区生态系统的保护与修复提供科学支持和参考。【方法】选择10棵胡杨和5棵梭梭为研究对象,分3个土层(0 ~ 5、5 ~ 10、10 ~ 15 cm)采集土样,测定其中的有机碳、全氮、全磷、pH值和电导率,并分析了土壤养分的空间分布变化规律和富集效应。【结果】梭梭与胡杨冠下土壤养分的变化具有相似之处,有机碳与全氮肥岛效应显著,而全磷稍差,但均有冠内向冠外递减,表层向深层递减的趋势;从富集率来看,梭梭与胡杨养分富集率均大于1,进一步证实梭梭与胡杨冠下存在的肥岛现象。【结论】梭梭与胡杨冠下土壤养分差异性显著,均从冠外向冠内汇集,从深层向表层汇集,其中胡杨在养分含量、富集率方面高于梭梭,具有更强的肥岛效应。
英文摘要【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore thefertilizer island'effect of the soil nutrients under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica in the arid area,and provide scientific support and reference for the protection and restoration of arid ecosystems.【Method】10 Populus euphratica and 5 Haloxylon ammodendron were selected as the research objects,which were divided into 3 soil layers (0 - 5,5 - 10,10 - 15 cm) collected soil samples,determined the organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,pH and conductivity,and analyzed the spatial distribution and enrichment effects of soil nutrients.【Result】The results showed that the changes of soil nutrients under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica were similar. The effect of organic carbon and total nitrogen tofertilizer island'was significant,the total phosphorus was slightly worse,but both have a decreasing trend from inside the canopy to outside the canopy and from the surface layer to the deep layer of the soil;According to the enrichment rate,the nutrient enrichment rates of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica were more than 1,which further confirmed thefertilizer island'phenomenon under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica.【Conclusion】The difference of soil nutrients between Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica was significant. Both of them were gathered from outside the canopy to inside canopy the canopy and from deep layer to surface layer. Among them,populus euphratica had higher nutrient content and enrichment rate than Haloxylon ammodendron and had strongerfertile island'effect.
