银柴胡不同种源抗旱性及主要药效成分比较研究

中文摘要为给宁夏中部干旱区人工种植银柴胡提供适宜的优质种质资源,以收集的13份不同产地的银柴胡为试验材料,通过两年连续种植,研究抗旱生理指标过氧化氢酶(CAT) 、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、过氧化物酶(POD) 、丙二醛(MDA) 、脯氨酸(Pro) 、可溶性蛋白和相对电导率,主要活性成分总黄酮、总皂苷含量及产量。结果表明:种源4号、10号CAT酶活性较高;种源10号、3号SOD酶活性较高;种源5号、8号MDA含量较高;种源4号、1号、2号Pro含量较高;种源10号、1号、5号、7号、3号、11号和13号相对电导率值较低。通过抗旱性指标综合分析,筛选出较为抗旱的种源材料10号、4号、1号、5号、3号、2号;总黄酮含量在3.85 ~ 8.19 mg·g - 1,种源1号、3号、12号、2号含量相对较高,且种源1号、3号间无差异性;总皂苷含量在38.22 ~ 45.17 mg·g - 1,种源12号、13号、2号、 11号、10号、3号和6号总皂苷含量相对较高,且种源间无差异性;银柴胡平均亩产在120 ~ 205 kg,种源9号、5号、 6号、12号产量较高,影响产量的主要因素是根粗。综合各指标,种源2号、3号抗旱性强且主要活性成分总黄酮和总皂苷相对含量较高;种源12号产量高且主要活性成分总黄酮和总皂苷相对含量较高;种源5号抗旱性较强且产量较高。
英文摘要In order to provide suitable high - quality germplasm resources for artificial cultivation of Sterllaria dichotoma in the arid area of central Ningxia,13 samples S. dichotoma of different origins were collected as experimental materials. Through two years of continuous cropping,the drought resistance physiological indicators CAT,SOD,POD,MDA,Pro,soluble protein and relative conductivity,the main active ingredients total flavonoids,total saponin content and yield were studied,and the results showed that: CAT enzyme activity of provenances No. 4 and No. 10 was higher; the SOD enzymes of provenances No. 10 and No. 3 had higher activity,higher MDA contented in provenances No. 5 and No. 8; higher Pro contents were detected in provenances No. 4,No. 1,and No. 2; the relative conductivity values of provenances No. 10,No. 1,No. 5,No. 7,No. 3,No. 11 and No. 13 were relatively low. Through comprehensive analysis of drought resistance indicators,the more drought - resistant provenance materials,such as No. 10,No. 4,No. 1,No. 5,No. 3,and No. 2 were selected. The total flavonoid content was 3.85 - 8.19 mg·g - 1,of which the total flavonoid contents of the provenances No. 1,No. 3,No. 12,and No. 2 were relatively high,and there was no difference between the provenances No. 1 and No. 3; the total saponin content was 38.22 - 45.17 mg·g - 1,of which the total saponin contents of provenances No. 12,No. 13,No. 2,No. 11,No. 10,No. 3,and No. 6 were relatively high and the different was not obvious; the average acres of Sterllaria dichotoma was 120 - 205 kg /667m~2,and the yields of provenances No. 9,No. 5,No. 6,and No. 12 were higher,and root thickness was the main factor affecting yield. Based on comprehensive indicators,provenances No. 2 and No. 3 were highly drought- resistant with the relatively high content of main flavonoids and total saponins. Provenance No. 12 has higher yield and the relative content of main flavonoids and total saponins. Provenance No. 5 has strong drought resistance and high yield.
