增效缩节胺化学封顶对不同施氮量条件下棉花群体生长特征的影响

中文摘要为探索与完善施用棉花化学封顶技术,以早熟棉品种'新陆早53号'为试材,设150(N_1)、300(N_2)、450(N_3)kg·hm~(-2)施氮处理,每个施氮处理下设450(D_1)、750(D_2)、1 050(D_3)mL·hm~(-2)化学封顶(DPC~+剂量)和人工打顶(CK)处理,研究化学封顶对不同施氮量条件下群体生长率(CGR)、净同化速率(NAR)、棉铃生长率(BGR)和叶面积载铃量(LAB)的影响。结果表明:在N_1条件下,D_1处理的CGR、NAR、BGR和LAB较高,与CK相比,D_1处理的CGR、NAR在盛花期、盛铃后期和吐絮期增幅达12.93%~35.57%;在N_2条件下,不同DPC~+剂量处理的CGR、NAR、BGR均以D_2处理较高,吐絮期增幅达7.69%~16.21%;在N_3条件下,CGR、NAR、BGR和LAB则均随DPC~+剂量的增加呈增加趋势,D_3处理在吐絮期增幅达7.00%~ 16.16%。施氮量和DPC~+剂量互作表现为N_2D_2处理的CGR、LAB、BGR和NAR均较高。在盛花期、盛铃后期和吐絮期,各群体生长参数间呈显著正相关,其中BGR与CGR、NAR、LAB在吐絮期的相关系数达到0.78~0.89。因此,在300 kg·hm~(-2)施氮条件下,施用750 mL·hm~(-2) DPC~+化学封顶剂有利于保持较高的群体生长速率,促进棉花"库"器官的发育和生长,提高群体干物质的生产能力,有利于实现干旱区棉花高产高效生产。
英文摘要In order to explore and perfect the application of chemical capping technology in cotton,an early-maturing cotton variety 'Xinluzao53' was grown under three nitrogen treatments of 150(N_1),300(N_2),450(N_3)kg·hm~(-2), and three DPC~+ doses(D_1: 450, D_2: 750, D_3:1 050 mL·hm~(-2)) and manual topping(CK) treatment were conducted to analyze the effect of chemical capsizing on crop growth rate(CGR), net assimilation rate(NAR), boll growth rate(BGR) and bell load of unit leaf area(LAB) with different application amounts of nitrogen.The results showed that CGR,NAR,BGR and LAB were higher under treatment of D_1 and condition of N_1, CGR and NAR increased by 12.57%-35.57% under treatment of D_1 compared with CK at full flowering stage, later boll stage and boll opening stage; All the group growth characteristics were higher under treatment of D_2 and the condition of N_2, which was increased 5.52%-16.21% at the boll opening stage; CGR, NAR, BGR and LAB all increased with the increase of DPC~+ dose under the N_3 condition, and D_3 treatment increased by 7.00%-16.16% at the boll opening stage. The interaction between DPC~+ dose and application amount of nitrogen showed that CGR, NAR, BGR and LAB were all higher under N_2D_2 treatment.There was a significant positive correlations among each group growth parameters at full flowering stage, later boll stage and boll opening stage, among which the relevant coefficients of BGR, CGR, NAR and LAB reached 0.78-0.89 at boll opening stage. Therefore, under the condition of 300 kg·hm~(-2), the application of 750 L·hm~(-2) DPC~+ chemical capper is beneficial to maintain higher crop growth rate, promote the development and growth of cotton reproductive organs, and enhance the capacity of group substances production. It is beneficial to cotton high yield and high efficiency production in arid area.
