中文摘要	辽宁彰武地区种植着近万亩的元宝枫树,有很好的防风固沙作用,且籽粒饱满,含油率较高,具有悠久的历史。本研究针对沙漠边缘的元宝枫防护林种子的出油率进行测试,并对理化性质进行分析。通过超声提取对超声温度、时间、料液比进行单因素和正交实验,结果表明,温度45 ℃,时间为65 min,料液比为1∶ 5时,元宝枫油脂出油率为35.6%;提取出油脂的色泽为(黄色: 10.9,红色: 2.8,灰色: 1.1,蓝色: 0.0), 酸价为0.674 mg /g,OSI为6.52。
英文摘要	In Zhangwu County,Liaoning Province,there planted nearly 10,000 mu acer truncatum bunge trees,which had a good anti - wind and sand fixation effect,with full seeds,high oil content and long history. In this study,the oil yield of acer truncatum bunge shelterbelt seeds on the edge of desert was tested and the physical and chemical properties were analyzed. Through ultrasonic extraction,we carried out single factor test and orthogonal test on the ultrasonic temperature,time and solid - liquid ratio. The results showed that the temperature was 45 ℃, the time was 65 min,solid - liquid ratio was 1∶ 5,and the oil yield of acer truncatum bunge was 35.6%; the color of the oil extracted was( yellow: 10.9; red: 2.8; gray: 1.1; blue: 0.0), the acid price was 0.674 mg /g,and OSI was 6.52.
