中文摘要【目的】研究干旱区稀疏胡杨冠下裸地土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)化学计量特征,对揭示胡杨冠下土壤养分变化规律及保护荒漠生态系统具有现实意义.【方法】利用地统计学方法,在艾比湖湿地自然保护区选取10棵胡杨为研究对象,在胡杨冠幅内外采集0~5(表层),5~10(中层),10~15cm(深层)土壤样品,对其有机碳(SOC),全氮(TN),全磷(TP)和C∶N∶P化学计量比进行分析.【结果】在胡杨冠下,土壤养分从胡杨根部向冠幅边缘递减,表层向深层递减.C∶P和N∶P受C、N含量影响,呈现出极显著正相关;C∶N∶P化学计量比之间,仅C∶P与N∶P显著性相关,其他计量比之间无显著相关性.C、N及C∶N∶P计量比在胡杨根部与冠幅外存在显著性差异,而P在冠幅内外差异性不显著;在不同土层深度上,C、N、P及N∶P具有显著性差异.【结论】胡杨冠下裸地内土壤养分从冠内向冠外递减,从表层向深层递减,化学计量特征在不同空间分布上具有显著差异.
英文摘要【Objective】To study the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus of bare soil under the crown of Populus euphraticain the arid area,in order to reveal the changes of soil nutrients and protecting the desertification ecosystem.【Method】Using the method of geostatistics,ten P.euphraticain the Ebinur Lake Wetland Nature Reserve were selected as research objects,and collected 0~5 cm (surface layer),5~10cm (middle layer)and 10~15cm (deep layer)soil inside and outside the crown of P.euphratica.The stoichiometric ratios of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus( TP)and C∶N∶P were analyzed.【Result】Under the crown of P.euphratica,soil nutrients decreased from the roots to the edge of crown,and decreased with the increase of soil depth.C∶P and N∶P were affected by C and N content,showing a very significant positive correlation.The C∶N∶P stoichiometric ratio showed that:only C∶P was significantly correlated with N∶P,and there was no significant correlation between other ratios.For the C,N and C∶N∶P ratios of the roots and crown of P.euphratica,which had significant differences,while P was not significantly different within the crown and outside the crown.C, N,P and N∶P of soils with different depths had significant differences.【Conclusion】The soil nutrients in bare soil under the P.euphraticadecrease from the inside to the outside of the crown,reduce from surface to deep layer,and the stoichiometric characteristics are significantly different in diverse spatial distributions.
