英文摘要	The pedagogic vocational guidance at the Pedagogic Schools constitutes one of its utmost priorities, hence the necessity of having a program for the pedagogic vocational guidance with systemic character, based on the Model for the Professional of the Primary Teacher. It was determined that in the practice this program doesn't exist and an unsatisfactory quality of the process of professional orientation that precedes the entrance to the major was verified, as well as an insufficient preparation of the professors on this topic. The statistics show that a considerable percentage of students deserts, and also the existence of academic low results. There are no means whatsoever that allows to direct and to organize the professional orientation in the major. The authors proposed actions that contributed to this purpose. This study was carried out in the second year of the major, and by means of its application in the practice the effectiveness of the proposal was demonstrated.
