英文摘要	The objective was to explain the socio-economic and environmental impacts of the implementation of the pan catcher 'technology in a district of Metropolitan Lima, Peru. A phenomenological analysis was used, performing it in two stages: the first one, referred to the perceptions of the social actors regarding the life experience and, the second, emphasized what was meaningful and interesting for them, within their context sociocultural It was found that there was good management of the technical processes of mist water capture, currently using it for irrigation in small forests that house 134 species of flora and 120 species of fauna, and bio-gardens with food for families. Likewise, ecological tourism activities are being developed that allow the dissemination of environmental messages. Finally, it was evident that these technologies produce a good social, economic and environmental impact on the community, who developed collective thinking skills that have allowed culturally cohesion of those involved, as well as providing them with economic income, food provision and, above all, environmental regeneration of deserted zones.
