英文摘要	This article analizes the different ways in which the artistic creation is represented in Cesar Aira's novel Un episodio en la vida de un pintor viajero and Jules Supervielle's novel L'homme de la pampa. Inspired by the analysis proposed by Fermin Rodriguez, the importance of the indian and the desert in this two novels allows us to point out the link between the creation and the writing of the empty.
