英文摘要 | Performance of nine lines with two local bred wheat genotypes check, were evaluated during 2016-17 at two locations, Siwa Oasis and Ashmon in Menofeya, Governorate. The eleven bread wheat genotypes were examined for their grain yield under salinity stress (YS) and non-stress (Yb). Owing to the differences in the salinity levels at the two locations. In both areas, grain yield was documented at maturity. According to grain yield data, stress susceptibility index (SSI), stress tolerance index (STI), tolerance index (TOL), harmonic mean (HM), modified stress tolerance index (k1STI & k2STI), mean productivity (MP), geometric mean productivity (GMP), yield stability index (YSI) and stress susceptibility percentage index (SSPI) were calculated. The highest STI, TOL, HM, MSTIk1, MSTIk2, MP, GMP and SSPI values were calculated from genotype L2 followed by L4 and L6, proving that those genotypes had the highest salt sensitivity and grain yield reduction under salt stress condition(YS), on the other hand, the lowest ones were found in L3, G171 and L9. The association analysis of the 24 SSR marker data for YS, Yb, and the ten previous indices showed high determination coefficients (R2) between molecular markers and all of the indices. The molecular markers wmc504, wmc11, xgwm350 and xgwm205 were the best SSR markers for explaining the indices variability in wheat genotypes. |
