| 英文摘要 | The Latin American and Caribbean region, today, shows several difficulties that limit the construct of sustainable development, demanding the realization of options for the management of knowledge and innovation, supporting the aforementioned paradigm, from the regional universities. This is due to the presence of an acute civilizational crisis, which affects the phenomenon and its consequences: scientific and technical dependence; External and internal indebtedness; Weak public policies that reinforce scientific-environmental knowledge for sustainability; Intrusion of the positivist-mechanistic episteme of modernity in universities; Weaknesses in university funding; climate change; Desertification; Environmental pollution, among others. The qualitative research of type: phenomenological, hermeneutic and ethnographic, sought to discuss the alternatives for knowledge management and innovation, contributing to regional sustainable development from universities. He used direct observation techniques and field notes. It was based on a field design. The ontological reality was 27 researchers from the UDO, An-zofitegui, choosing 17, applying them an in depth interview guide. The results allow us to conclude that the university-scientific-technical-innovative work, favorable to the development of the thematic area, is feasible for development, being imminent, through the integration of knowledge, experiences, synergies and resources in order to seek sustainable development from the local level, adopting actions for knowledge management and innovation. |
