英文摘要	Aimed with this research to accomplish a survey of current trends and perspectives involving environmental issues in the context of geographical studies. In this sense, were analyzed the articles published in three national scientific events, namely: National Symposium on Geomorphology (2014); Brazilian Symposium on Geographical Climatology (2014) and Brazilian Symposium on Applied Physics Geography (2015). Among the most worked thematic categories are mentioned: urban socio-environmental impacts; land use and occupation; environmental analysis in watersheds; degradation/desertification; geoconservation/geodiversity; environmental education and environmental legislation. Also as part of the researches trends, it is highlighted the interest of geographers to contribute to the management and planning of space and territories. Finally, the research shows that the environmental studies published in the annals of scientific seminars highlighted are marked by large-scale use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
