英文摘要 | The identification of environmental units of landscape, their potential and vulnerability, are important for environmental planning, especially in areas susceptible to desertification. In this context, the objectives of this study were to map the geo-environmental units in the municipalities of Castelo do Piaui and Juazeiro do Piaui, considering the Digital Elevation Models (DEM's) coupled with geo-environmental characteristics geology, geomorphology, climate, soils and vegetation cover - and analyze the pedological weakness in mapped drives, considering the erodibility of the soil parameter (K). Considered the Digital Elevation Model (DEM), for mapping of geo-environmental units and relief classification, and the indirect measurement method proposed by Romkens et al. (1987), to estimate soil erodibility classes (K). The following geoenvironmental units were identified: Pedimentada Dissected Surface in Hills/Hills and Tabular Forms of Juazeiro do Piaui, Patamares Structural river Basin Poti, Valley River Basin Poti, Pedimentada Dissected Surface in Hills/Hills and Tabular Forms of Castelo do Piaui, Edges Cuestiformes Preserved interior of the Sedimentary Basin of Maranhao/Piaui. The latter unit had the lowest pedologically fragile because 90.3% of soil associations have low erodibility values of the soil, being very low to low pedological weakness, while the Basin Valley River Poti is the unit with high to very high fragility pedological, with 12.2%. Environmental planning that practice of human activities should consider the data presented here, integrating them into information relating to climate dynamics and forms of use and coverage of land. |
