英文摘要	Quality of life increases over time, and additional large open public leisure spaces and improved facilities are required. Local governments should proactively facilitate the reuse of deserted public spaces. Several factors must be considered when public deserted spaces are managed by the private sector, including disturbances at existing facilities, default risks, legal and financial problems, market demand, and rate of return. This study involved establishing multiple specific evaluation standards for deserted public spaces commended to vendors in the private sector. The results of the study were obtained from a literature review, an expert review, and case studies. The framework was refined in the mode of evaluating the facilities by using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, providing a valuable reference for selecting managerial teams in the public sector.
