英文摘要	This paper presents an analysis of the processing time / space landscape Hydrographic Basin from Ribeirao da Picada in the city of Jatai/GO in the period 1991 to 2011. Thus the present study proposes to present the landscape changes from the analysis of land use and physical and chemical attributes of soils. From this perspective, from the use of satellite images was carried out mapping the evolution of land use in the period of twenty years and also assessment of soils in this basin. The results indicate that during these years the landscape has changed dramatically. In some areas there was regeneration of forests, however, downstream of the basin increased the amount of areas with bare soil, where it was observed in some places, erosion and sandy desertification. This degradation process is related to the chemical and physical characteristics of the soil, as well as the inappropriate handling. There was a need to change the land use and management so that there is a restoration of the environment, or sustainability in the forms of production, otherwise the process of sandy desertification in the basin increases.
