| 英文摘要 | The proposed research seeks to provide more relevance to the understanding of environmental issues related to the soil and to provide answers and interdisciplinary solutions according to the complexity of the relationship between ecosystem and culture which is dynamic and must be thought historically. In order to analyze the transformation of agricultural practices in Saquencipa's valley (at Eastern Andes, Department of Boyaca, Colombia), in relation to soil's degradation processes in the period of appropriation by Spanish people during 16th and 17th centuries, there is a new interrogation of primary sources, represented by chronicles, maps and collections of civil and church documents. The information obtained regarding the changes in the landscape, forms of land ownership, land use and agricultural practices, complements and contrasts with the results obtained by the archaeological, historical, edaphic and palynological studies, carried out in the region under study, as well as fieldwork and mapping elaborate. Then, it is expected to contribute to the understanding of the historical causes of desertification problem currently facing the region. |
