英文摘要	A field experiment was conducted in a desert sandy soil in (Al-Najef province). The aim of this study was to evaluate enzyme activity of biopesticid Trichoderma harzianum fungus cellulase activity using split - split plot design. Three levels of organic matter (15 ,30 , 60 Ton. ha(-1)) and three levels of Trichoderma harzianum.inoculum were used with three replications for cacti treatment. Cellulase activity determined after 7, 35, 63, 91,119, 147 days from sowing of tomato seed. Salty water were used (Ec = 5.5 d.s.m(-1)) for irrigation . Cellulase activities were 0.779 u.ml(-)(1) and 0.546 u.ml(-1) for 15 and 60 ton, he of organic matter addition, respectively. Addition of Tricoderma harzianum. 2g.m(-2) gave significant increases whereas the activity was 0.574 u.ml(-1) without Trichoderma harzianum fungus. The results showed that addition of inoculum increased cellulase activity to 1.266 and 0.093 u.ml(-1) after 91 and 7 days of Trichodernm harzianum addition respectively. The interaction between organic matter and Trichoderma harzianum concentration, the cellulase activity was 0.92 u.ml(-1) with 30 ton, he and 2 g.m(-2) concentration compare to 15 ton. he without Trichoderma harzianum which gave 0.360 u.ml(-1) enzyme activity.
