英文摘要 | Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) play a pivotal role in ecological restoration. To date, indigenous AMF remain unexplored but could be a potential resource for successful restoration programs. In this study, we evaluated the infectivity of AMF of five degraded oasis soils in Morocco (Marrakesh, Tafilalet, Draa, Tata-Guelmim and Figuig). Our data showed that mycorrhizal parameters; AMF spore number, MIP (mycorrhizal infectious potential) and AMF infection, in the arid palm groves soils, were more important than in the semi-arid ones. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the percentage of sand in the soil had a positive impact on AMF parameters, while soil available phosphorus, total nitrogen, electrical conductivity, organic matter, CaCO3 content, C/N ratio and clay percentage had a negative impact on these parameters. Results of the present study demonstrate that the mycorrhizal status of these palm groves soils is closely related to the edaphic parameters and suggest that native AMF can be used to restore ecological function of degraded oases in arid and semi-arid area. |
