中文摘要【目的】研究地膜覆盖和秸秆还田对半干旱区玉米地土壤氮素矿化的影响,为探索土壤氮素循环影响机制和优化田间管理措施提供理论依据.【方法】采用大田试验和室内试验相结合的方法,在玉米生长发育最旺盛的时期(开花期),在田间取样测定土壤微生物量碳、氮和无机氮的含量,采用室内培养的方法测定土壤氮素的矿化量和矿化速率,对比地膜覆盖、秸秆还田处理下土壤氮素矿化的差异.【结果】在玉米生长发育的开花期,地膜覆盖结合秸秆还田处理显著降低了土壤温度和土壤含水量;地膜覆盖和秸秆还田均不同程度的增加了土壤微生物量碳和微生物量氮的含量;0~14d培养期间,地膜覆盖处理较没有地膜覆盖土壤氮素净消化量和净矿化量分别增加了122.17%和112.37%,秸秆还田处理较没有秸秆还田处理土壤氮素净消化量和净矿化量分别增加了22.46%和21.32%;14~28d培养期间,地膜覆盖处理较没有地膜覆盖土壤氮素净消化量和净矿化量分别增加了83.34%和81.46%,地膜覆盖和秸秆还田显著增加了土壤氮素净矿化速率,从而增加了土壤无机氮的含量.【结论】地膜覆盖改善了土壤的水热条件,秸秆还田为微生物提供营养,二者均增加了土壤微生物活性,从而加快了土壤氮素的矿化速率,增加了土壤氮素的有效性.
英文摘要【Objective】To study the effects of plastic film mulch and straw returning on soil nitrogen mineralization in semi-arid maize fields,and to provide theoretical basis for exploring the mechanism of soil nitrogen cycling and optimizing field management measures.【Method】The combination of field experiment and laboratory test was used to measure the soil microbial biomass carbon,microbial biomass nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen in the field during the vigorous growth period of maize.The laboratory culture method was used to compare the difference in the mineralization rate of soil nitrogen between film mulching and straw returning.【Result】Plastic film mulching combined with straw returning significantly reduced soil temperature and soil moisture.Plastic film mulch and straw returning increased soil microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen content.During the 0~14days of culture,the net nitrogen mineralization amount of the soil in mulch treatments(M and MS)increased by 122.17%and 112.37%compared to no mulch treatments(CK and S),respectively,and which in straw returning treatments(S and MS)increased by 22.46% and 21.32%compared to no straw returning treatments(CK and M),respectively. During the 14~28days of cultivation,the net nitrogen mineralization amount of the soil in mulch treatments(M and MS)increased by 83.34%and 81.46%compared to no mulch treatments(CK and S),respectively. Plastic film mulch and straw returning significantly increased the net mineralization rate of soil nitrogen,which finally increased the soil inorganic nitrogen content.【Conclusion】The plastic film mulch improved the hydrothermal conditions of the soil,and straw returning provided nutrition for microorganisms. Therefore,film mulch and straw returning increased the soil microbial activity,which accelerated the mineralization rate of soil nitrogen and increased the availability of soil nitrogen.
