中文摘要植物根系分泌物对调节根际微生物群落、改善根际微环境以及植物群落中的种间相互关系均具有重要的作用。为探究内蒙古荒漠草原优势植物根分泌物中酚酸类组分2, 4-二叔丁基苯酚(2, 4-BDP)对根际微生物的影响,设置4组不同质量浓度处理研究2, 4-BDP对荒漠草原土壤细菌群落的影响,即CK(0 muL·g~(-1))、LG(2.5 muL·g~(-1))、MG(7.5 muL·g~(-1))和HG(12.5 muL·g~(-1)),并于25 ℃下培养3周后,采用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术对土壤中细菌16S rDNA的V3-V4区域进行了测定。结果表明:荒漠草原土壤中优势菌酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)的丰度随2, 4-BDP浓度增加而显著降低(P<0.05),各处理中其丰度表现为CK (45.93%)>LG (32.06%)>MG (13.62%)>HG (4.47%);放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的丰度随2, 4-BDP浓度增加而显著增加(P<0.05),其中,放线菌门的丰度表现为CK (3.14%)LG (30.73%)>CK (19.97%)>HG (18.05%)。当2, 4-BDP浓度为2.5 muL·g~(-1)时,土壤细菌多样性和丰富度无显著变化,优势细菌属Gp4、Gp6、Gp25、Gp7的丰度显著降低,而Pseudomonas、Rhizobium、Sphingomonas和Bacillus等根系促生菌的丰度显著增加,有助于改善土壤中细菌群落结构。当2, 4-BDP质量浓度达7.5 muL·g~(-1)和12.5 muL·g~(-1)时,就会对部分细菌产生抑制作用,土壤中细菌多样性显著降低,不利于土壤健康发展。
英文摘要Plant root exudates are key factors that maintain the vitality of microenvironment rhizosphere and consititute the different plant rhizosphere characteristics. Root exudates play an important role in regulating rhizosphere microbial communities, improving rhizosphere microenvironment and the interaction among species in plant communities. In order to investigate the effects of the phenolic acid component 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol in root exudates of dominant plants in Inner Mongolia desert steppe on rhizosphere microorganisms, we treated the soil of desert steppe by different concentrations of 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol. The soil was treated with four different concentrations of 0 muL·g~(-1) (CK), 2.5 muL·g~(-1) (LG), 7.5 muL·g~(-1) (MG) and 12.5 muL·g~(-1) (HG), and cultured them at 25 ℃ for three weeks. The v3-v4 16S rDNA gene regions were examined by high-throughput sequencing technologies. The results showed that the abundance of the dominant Acidobacteria in the desert steppe soil significantly decreased with the increase of 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol concentration at P<0.05 level. The abundance of Acidobacteria in four treatments was CK (45.93%)>LG (32.06%)>MG (13.62%)>HG (4.47%). The abundances of Actinobacteria and Firmicutes significantly increased with increasing concentrations of 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol at P<0.05 level. The abundance of Actinobacteria was CK (3.14%)LG (30.73%)>CK (19.97%)>HG (18.05%). When the concentration of 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol was 2.5 muL·g~(-1), the bacterial diversity and abundance of soil did not change significantly. The abundance of dominant bacteria like Gp4, Gp6, Gp25 and Gp7 were significantly decreased, while the abundance of root-promoting bacteria such as Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Rhizobium and Sphingomonas were significantly increased, which helped to improve the bacterial community structure in soil. When the concentration of 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-phenol reached 7.5 muL·g~(-1) and 12.5 muL·g~(-1), it would inhibit some kinds of bacteria, and the bacterial diversity in soil would be significantly reduced, which was not conducive to the healthy development of soil.
