中文摘要	将地貌特征内生化,对新疆85个县市按照山地、高原、盆地、丘陵、平原、戈壁、沙漠7种主要地貌类型进行划分,从要素投入角度研究新疆种植业生产效率。运用三阶段DEA模型,选取2017年新疆各县市种植业生产数据,分析各地貌区种植业生产要素利用效率。结果表明:外部环境、统计噪声和管理无效率均显著影响种植业生产效率,有必要剥离这3种要素;新疆种植业生产效率整体不容乐观,对第一产业的过度依赖反而加重了第一产业的负担;各地貌区种植业生产效率差异明显。新疆种植业要素投入严重过剩是生产效率低下的最主要原因,建议因地施策,引导过量生产要素有序流出。
英文摘要	The geomorphological characteristics are endogenous, and 85 counties and cities in Xinjiang are divided into seven major landforms such as mountains, plateaus and basins. The planting industry in Xinjiang is comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of factor input. Using the three-stage DEA model, the planting production data of various counties and cities in Xinjiang in 2017 were selected, and the utilization efficiency of planting production factors in each district was analyzed. The results show that: ① The external environment, statistical noise and management inefficiency all significantly affect the productivity of crop production, it is necessary to divest these three elements; ② Xinjiang's crop production efficiency is not optimistic overall, excessive to the primary industry dependence has increased the burden on the primary industry; ③ The production efficiency of planting industry in different regions has obvious differences. Xinjiang has a serious over-investment in planting factors, which is the main reason for the low production efficiency. Suggestions are made to take measures according to local conditions to guide the orderly outflow of excessive factors of production.
