影响艾比湖流域荒漠植物生物量分布的土壤驱动力分析

中文摘要以艾比湖流域荒漠植物为研究对象,对荒漠植物的生物量和样地的土壤因子进行了测定和统计学分析,利用冗余分析和Monte Carlo检验探讨了影响荒漠植物地上部和地下部生物量以及总生物量的土壤驱动因子。结果显示:艾比湖流域荒漠植物地上部和地下部生物量以及总生物量的变异系数均在70%以上,其中,地下部生物量的变异系数在100%以上,表明研究区荒漠植物生物量空间分布的差异性较强,尤其是地下部生物量。研究区土壤的含水量和含盐量的均值分别为2.01%和2.47%,表明研究区土壤水分和盐分含量较低。冗余分析和重要性排序结果显示:土壤的有机质含量、全氮含量、速效磷含量和pH值是影响地上部生物量和总生物量的主要土壤驱动因子,其中,土壤的有机质含量、全氮含量和速效磷含量与地上部生物量和总生物量呈极显著正相关,重要性由大到小依次为土壤有机质含量、土壤全氮含量、土壤速效磷含量、土壤pH值。土壤的含水量、有机质含量和pH值对地下部生物量影响显著,其中,土壤含水量与地下部生物量呈极显著正相关,重要性由大到小依次为土壤含水量、土壤有机质含量、土壤pH值。土壤因子对荒漠植物地上部和地下部生物量的解释量分别为54.34%和32.39%。研究结果表明:艾比湖流域荒漠植物地上部和地下部生物量的空间分布存在差异性,土壤的有机质含量、全氮含量、速效磷含量和pH值直接影响群落的生产力,土壤含水量是决定荒漠植物地下部生物量的关键土壤驱动因子。
英文摘要Taking desert plants in Ebinur Lake basin as research objects,biomass of desert plants and soil factors of plots were assayed,and their statistical analyses were conducted,and soil driving factors affecting above- and under-ground biomasses and total biomass of desert plants were discussed by using redundancy analysis and Monte Carlo test.The results show that coefficients of variation of above- and under-ground biomasses and total biomass of desert plants in Ebinur Lake basin are all above 70%,in which,that of under-ground biomass is above 100%,indicating that spatial distribution difference of desert plants biomass (especially under-ground biomass) in research area is relatively big.The means of moisture and salinity contents in soil of research area are 2.01% and 2.47%,respectively,indicating that their contents in soil of research area are relatively low.The results of redundancy analysis and importance order show that organic matter content,total nitrogen content,available phosphorus content,and pH value of soil are the major soil driving factors affecting above-ground biomass and total biomass,in which,organic matter content,total nitrogen content,and available phosphorus content in soil show extremely significant positive correlations with above-ground biomass and total biomass,and their importance from big to small is as follows:soil organic matter content,soil total nitrogen content,soil available phosphorus content,soil pH value.Moisture content,organic matter content,and pH value of soil have significant effects on under-ground biomass,in which,soil moisture content shows an extremely significant positive correlation with under-ground biomass,and their importance from big to small is as follows:soil moisture content,soil organic matter content,soil pH value.The interpretation amount of soil factors for above- and under-ground biomasses of desert plants is 54.34% and 32.39%,respectively.It is suggested that there are differences in spatial distribution of above- and under-ground biomasses of desert plants in Ebinur Lake basin,and organic matter content,total nitrogen content,available phosphorus content,and pH value of soil directly affect the productivity of community,and soil moisture content is the key soil driving factor determining the under-ground biomass of desert plants.
