中文摘要伊犁绢蒿是新疆退化蒿类荒漠草地补播改良的首选草种之一,而确定适宜收获期是保障其种子质量和补播成功的关键。为确定种子最适收获期,对结实初期(H1)及初期推迟5d(H2)、10d(H3)、15d(H4)、20d(H5)、25d (H6)收获的伊犁绢蒿种子含水率、千粒重及种子萌发特征(萌发温度设置为2/15°C、10/20°C、15/25°C、15/30℃)进行了测定。结果表明,随收获期的推迟,伊犁绢蒿种子含水率、千粒重、千粒重烘干重均呈先升后降趋势,均在H4达到最高,依次为14.9%、208.6mg、177.4mg,且H2、H3、H4处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);伊犁绢蒿种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚芽长、幼苗重及简化活力指数均随收获期延迟呈先增后降趋势,H3、H4达到最高,依次为59.8%~65.6%、48.4%~53.7% 、12.6~13.2、15.5mm~15.7mm、3.2mm~3.3mm、1.8mg~1.9mg、0.93~1.03;低萌发温度抑制伊犁绢蒿种子的发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长及胚芽长,但对其幼苗重及发芽率影响不显著(P> 0.05)。总之,伊犁绢蒿在结实初期推后10~15d收获较为适宜,表现为种子籽粒饱满,发芽率高且整齐,含水量较适宜。
英文摘要Seriphidium transiliense is one of the preferred species for reseeding in the degraded artemisia desert grassland of Xinjiang. Determining the appropriate harvest time is the key to the guarantee of the seed quality and the seedling recruitment after reseeding. To determine the optimal seed harvest time, water content, 1000-grain weight and germination characteristics (seeds harvested different time were germinated at 2/15°C, 10/20°C, 15/25°C and 15/30°C, respectively) of S. transiliense seed were measured after harvested at the initial stage of maturity(H1) and post-stage of maturity, including 5(H2),10(H3), 15(H4), 20(H5) and 25(H6) days after maturity. The results showed that water content, 1000-grain weight and dry 1000-grain weight of S. transiliense seeds increased at first and decreased later with the postponing of harvest time. The maximum values were observed in H4 (14.9%,208.6mg, 177.4mg,respectively). However, there was no significant differences among H2, H3 and H4. The germination rate, germination energy, germination index, radicle length, plumule length, seedling weight and simplified vigour index of S. transiliense increased at first and decreased later with the postponing of harvest time. H3 and H4 reached the maximum, in which the corresponding values were 59.8% ~65.6%,48.4% ~53.7%,12.6~13.2,15.5mm~15.7mm, 3.2mm~3.3mm, 1.8mg~1.9mg and 0.93~1.03,respectively. The low temperature inhibited the germination energy, germination index, radicle length and plumule length of S. Transiliense seed, which had no significant effect on seedling weight and germination rate. In conclusion, the optimal seed harvest time of S. transiliense was 10~15. days after the initial stage of maturity,which showed the plump harvested seeds with high germination rate and suitable water content.
