英文摘要 | Anabasis aphylla is a salt and alkali resistant shrub which grows in arid and semi-arid areas. There are few reports about the transcriptome of A. aphylla. The objective of this study was to analyze the transcriptome of A. aphylla under freezing treatment so as to better understand its molecular mechanism of freezing adaptation. Illumina sequencing was used to obtain large-scale transcriptome sequencing of A. aphylla under freezing treatment. Nine genes were then analyzed using real-time quantitative PCR. A total of 7101 differentially expressed genes were obtained, including 2460 up-regulated genes and 4641 down-regulated genes. Gene Ontology annotation analysis indicated many freeze-relevant categories like `response to freeze and stimulus'. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis uncovered some important pathways, such as 'metabolic pathways' and 'plant hormone signal transduction pathway'. The 9 genes analysis showed that the real-time fluorescence quantitative analysis results were consistent with the expression trend of transcriptome analysis genes. The acceptance and conduction of the freeze signal is an important process of freezing adaptation in plants and adaptation to the environment. |
