Cement concrete is the most widely used building material in modern times, and also the largest man-made material at present. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the pore structure of PVA fiber reinforced concrete based on microscope image analysis. In this paper, the classification and characteristics of holes are introduced, and then the mercury injection method and microscope image analysis method are introduced. Finally, the data results of the two methods are compared and analyzed. In order to explore the influence of pore structure change in PVA fiber reinforced concrete, three different types of sand (desert sand, standard sand, river sand) were used to study the degree of its influence on the mechanical properties of concrete. Compared with the traditional mercury injection method, the research of microscope image analysis technology (Digital Camera + Image Pro Plus) also shows that: there is a good correlation between the concrete strength and the proportion of the number of holes and the area of holes.
