last thirty years, the PV technology is the most know while the efficiency of it around 14-18% for the polycrystalline type, furthermore the PV technology affect by the external factors as the solar irradiance, the ambient temperature, dust and humidity, some of this factors has a negative impact on the yield energy of the photovoltaic panel. The deposition of the dust on the surface of the PV module due to the sandstorms is the most problems affecting in the performance of PV module, specifically in the desert region as Ouargla city. In spite of the country have a big mean annual irradiance values but the dust is affected as large negative impact, it is worthwhile to research, the effects of dust on the performance of photovoltaic panels and impact on their electrical parameters. The main aim of this work is to research the effect of deposition of the dust on the some electrical parameters of PV panels under normal weather conditions with a dusty panel and clean one. From the experimental results the prove that the accumulation of dust a large negative impact on the short circuit current but a slight on the open circuit voltage.
