英文摘要 | Four remote sensing soil moisture (SM) data products (ESA CCI, FY-3B, SMOS/BEC, SMOS/CATDS) across China are evaluated from the aspects of their statistical characteristics (mean value and variation coefficient (CV)), correlations with precipitation and ground based measurements. Further, four products are compared with GLDAS (global land surface data assimilation system) simulated SM products. The results show that ESA CCI performs best among the four satellite products. FY-3B SM is overestimated in humid regions while underestimated in arid regions, with a CV within the natural range; SMOS/BEC SM is generally lower than the other products, with an abnormal CV in northwestern China and poor correlation with precipitation; SMOS/CATDS SM has the worst quality. Compared with satellite products, GLDAS simulated SM performs better in these three aspects. |
