This paper discuss the effect of best water use ethics as a tool for sustainable water management in the Arab region. Several studies have focused on the technical and scientific dimension of water management compared to the social and soft dimension. The paper utilizes combination of cultural, ethical, and social marketing that is propagating social learning from basic education levels to raise the ethical aspects of water use management. Such approach is very needed in the arid region were water is very scares like most of the Arab region. Water resources availability has been a major constraint on social and sustainable development in the Arab region. The paper discusses the complexity of the Arab water crisis and the role of the ethical and cultural values in developing a shift in the "Arab water vision" 2025. It explains how best water ethics could contribute to its realization to ensure sustainability through a social and ethical conduct. It investigates new tools and techniques based on participation of relevant stakeholders in decision making, knowledge and experience transfer among water institutions and organization, and through reviving best ethical practices in the Arab region.
