英文摘要	This paper proposes a cloud service broker that aims to deliver semantic cloud services - with orchestration of most feasible specifications - while composing unified solution from various providers. The Service Broker is designed based on Cloud Service Description Language (CSDL), specifically with OASIS Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA).
