Farmers' behavior of cultivated land protection in karst region affects ecological safety of Yangtze and Pearl River. Based on survey data collected from 399 farmers' investigation in Guizhou Province, the Logistic-ISM model was used to analyze the influencing factors. It shows that the distance between home and town, voluntary technique, numbers of contact information, numbers of exchange information are direct factors affecting farmers' behavior of cultivated land protection; rocky desertification area is an indirect factor; household agricultural income, scientific research projects, numbers of experts' visits are root factors. It indicates that the combination of logistic model and ISM can analyze the factors influencing farmers' behavior of cultivated land protection and their hierarchy structure more clearly.
