英文摘要 | The impacts of climate change on water resource are carried seriously as key scientific issues. Heihe River Basin is located in arid and semi-arid region in China which is sensitive to climate change and vulnerability. The surface runoff was changing as the temperature and precipitation were changing under climate change. The extreme events were increasing. In this paper, from the perspective of "natural-artificial" dual water cycle, the water demand and supply in the water resource system were influenced during the process of climate change. The influence of climate change was distinguished. The appropriate coping strategies were proposed as follows: (1) The agricultural structure should adjust with the fluctuations in the process of water supply; (2) The hydraulic engineering group should be enhanced. |
