Implantation of "solar farms" or photovoltaic installations requires properly oriented plots. In order to achieve this, earthmoving and leveling works are required. Trying to provide an answer to this problem, in this research work, soil analyses spanning 5 years of a plot located in Valladolid are carried out. Along this time, organic and chemical composts are used and a foliar cover is implanted. With these actions, a significant enhancement of the chemical parameters of the soil are achieved in the short term. In the mid-term, these parameters decay a bit but seem to stabilize from that point on.
