英文摘要 | Aim to solve the problem of low engineering level, poor product quality, the standard disconnected with the international and so on, with the support of multiple scientific research projects of nationality and province, studying the key problems of climatic regionalization of grapevine, regionalization of cultivar and the kinds of wine, new cultivation model of winter protect with burying soil, the technology of wine making and ageing in the climate conditions of continental monsoon climate beginning in 1986 and lasts 20 years, acquiring a series of important achievement: to establish the grapevine climate zoning index system combining the Chinese continental monsoon climate with the core of non-frost period and arid index. To complete climatic zoning for grapevine growing and regionalization of grapevine variety suitable for China's reality, establish the eugenics of Chinese grapevine, promote the wine industry distribution more scientific and reasonable. Establish the new grape training method Crawled Cordon Training in the soil-burying over-wintering zone, promote the mechanization and simplify of grape production. Establish the brewing technical system of wine combining with the characteristics of wine grape materials under the condition of Chinese Continental Monsoon Climate. Establish the Chinese wine Oenos.oeni resource, obtain a fine strain of wine malo-lactic bacteria-SD-2a and new yeast inhibitor, ensure the stability of the wine quality and diversity of style. To reveal the wine mature mechanism, promote wine phased aging theory and process, ensure the ultimate expression of the quality of the wine. |
