英文摘要	Proso millet is rich in nutrition, resists drought and barrenness, which is the distinctive crop in arid and semi-arid area. To strengthen the basic research, improve the quality of proso millet and fully exploit the nutrition and function of proso millet, have great significance for promoting the farmers' income of regions. This paper mainly summarized and analyzed the research advances on the quality and exploitation of proso millet, aiming at providing some reference value for varieties improvement and new products development.
