Particularity of mountainous desert areas is a factor determining operation of an engine in very large power and speed range during their exploitation. Reliability of internal combustion engines depends on many factors, such as, internal engine characteristics and external operating conditions which may affect emergence of engines failure and disruption. Some of all technical failures directly are caused human errors. Taking this into account, technical failures, resulting from human activities are increasingly becoming the object of studies. In this article, human activity is synonymous with the work of maintenance staff, i.e., the driver or operator of the vehicle, repair and maintenance workers.
