Analytical aspects in this new look have been endeavored to minimize difficulties faced by people of not only in coastal area but almost in every area. Most people exercise their intellect concerning the recurrence of natural calamities like cyclone, tsunami, desert formation etc. The foremost principles in hypothetical forms to formulate different preventive dealings of cyclone occurrence have been established and the abstract of findings have been elaborated to designate conceivable achievements. Apart from the above, aspects of cyclone incident phenomenon have been analyzed in a scientific posture based on meteorological data, theoretical supposition of rise of temperature, anomalies of air flow and ocean current, green house effect, increase of Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, etc. In solving these tribulations, two hypothetical aspects have been offered. The first one is to adopt a material system for consolidation of light air atoms and sub atoms at Ionosphere level by fission chain reaction using special moderator and the second one is to reflect part of sunrays by spreading specially made 1-2 cm diameter Mirror-button particles placed in stratosphere i.e. in ozone layer.
