Solar power plants are being constructed all over the world These power plants are connected to conventional electrical power networks. Some European countries give subventions to the solar electric power plants programs. For example, in Spain the state energy strategy is based on renewable energy sources. State subvention for renewable energy usage in this country helps projects for thermal and electrical power plants which are under construction. Similar projects are being constructed in Australia, USA and North Africa. Some projects have been developed to be installed in desert area of North Africa as thermal and electric solar energy plants of high power: There are speculations that Europe could profit from technical plants which use solar energy. In the paper the proposal of solar electrical power plant of 300 GW. The power plant is situated in desert areas of Libya. The produced energy will be transported by the direct electric high voltage connection to Europe. Proposed electrical wire connection will go over Mediterranean see, Island of Crete, through Greece and Balkan Peninsula to Austria and Middle Europe. The final scope of this project will be the first step to reduce the carbon dioxide pollution above Europe.
